<title><![CDATA[培训有感]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">&nbsp;昨天到华茂参加“三江名师”的数学教研活动，听了四节不同类型的数学课，颇有收获。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">一、学习是教师终身的必修课，每位老师都应该珍惜每一次的外出培训的机会，认真聆听、主动反思，每一次培训肯定会带给学习者一些收获和启发。尽管我们在学习培训中常犯一个普遍的毛病：“听听激动，回去后一动不动！”但激动的感觉不是真的会烟消云散不留痕迹，一定会潜移默化中渗透到自己的教学中。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">二、数学课不能只停留于知识点的教学，更为重要的是以这个知识点为载体，在教学过程中不断训练学生的思维。昨天的几节课很好的给予了示范。反观我们身边的存在：亦步亦趋拽着学生走式的设计教学、无价值的自投罗网式提问、围绕所教知识点进行简单的重复练习等教学行为，哪怕学生考生考试成绩不错，也是以牺牲学生高级思维发展为代价的。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">三、朴实、简单、有效是一节数学最亮丽的名片。现在的公开课，走简约、亲和、睿智路线的越来越多，我认为这是一种非常好的发展方向。</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">要真正体现课堂的主体是学生的理念，教师要明确自己的立场，千万不要把课堂当成自己的表演场所。昨天的其中一节课，由于该老师整节课激情四射、语言和动作过分亲昵夸张，让很多听课老师有鸡皮疙瘩掉了一地的感觉，不是滋味。老师的激情过度产生的后果是学生的激情不足。</SPAN></P>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[谈作业讲评课]]></title>

<P><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 练习讲评课是教学的常见课型。但是因为随意性强，也是存在问题较多的课型。练习的目的是“查漏”，讲评的目的的“补缺”，可见一节高效的讲评课对教学质量提高的重要作用。由于我要率先在组内上练习讲评展示课，最近在网上搜集了很多关于作业讲评的观点和做法。结合自己的课堂体会，得出以下几点与大家共勉：</SPAN></P>
